About us We are a family run business living and working in rural Shropshire, England, inspired by the textures and colours of nature. Our range of products are primarily HEALTH CENTRED and we are endeavouring to provide products which are wholesome, good value and which are environment and body friendly. People say our soaps look good enough to eat! and they certainly do, (but we don't recommend you trying), however they are NOURISHMENT for the skin and that's what we are creating - BACK TO BASICS SKIN FOOD with botanical themes. We are fully aware that skin breathes, feels and absorbs and similar to the saying "You are what you eat", likewise what goes onto the skin is just as important. Your skin reflects what you feed it.
Nature provides us with everything we need simply and straightforwardly - and we would like to reflect this simplicity in our ranges of Aromatherapy Essentials and promote the pleasure of nature's gifts through smell, sight and effect.
We do not use UNNECESSARY CHEMICALS. None of our products contain: Petrochemicals, Sodium Laurel Sulphate, Lanolin, Mineral Oils or Parabens. They are Vegetable based and CRUELTY-FREE.
We firmly believe that having FUN is fundamental to good health - and fundamental to 'having fun' is knowing that you are treating yourself to all that is good - being confident that what you are feeding your skin is PURE and NATURAL and LIFE-ENHANCING. In doing this, we know that the feeling of JOY will ensue and radiate to all relationships and further still to the whole environment and planet! Remember you are UNIQUE. Treat yourself to a little luxury every day, a little gift of LOVE to yourself - because you know it makes "Pure Scents".....
As designers, as well as health practitioners, it's not only important to get the ingredients right, but that the presentation is also attractive. To bring forth BEAUTY which is always a reflection of that which is already inside of us, to act as a reminder of what we really are is also a large part of what we endeavor to do. COLOUR is so abundant in nature and shines out through everything around us - green grass, vibrant flowers, rich earths, blue skies to name but a few primary sources. To be NATURAL dosen't mean we have to be dull - those days are gone, no need to remain, brown, grey or green to make a Natural statement. The therapeutic affect of colour is well known and a subtle but potent mood enhancer. Our proucts are designed to UPLIFT to encourage BOLDNESS - Our colours are natural and reflect the product or essential oil they are representing, there is cohesiveness and authenticity here.
